Located directly in downtown Bangor, this 1,500 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment provides a unique historic charm, while maintaining its functionality. It is situated on Hammond Street, in close proximity to all Bangor has to offer. This apartment is fully furnished with brand new furniture throughout, Smart TV's, King Bed and Queen Bed and it comes with laundry, free WIFI, and its own reserved off-street parking spot which is highly desired downtown. Pet Friendly!
You enter the apartment into a hallway, connecting both the spacious living area and the kitchen. As you continue through the kitchen, you are greeted with a highly configurable additional area perfect for a dinning room. On the other side of the stairwell you have a 1/2 bath and your laundry area. Continuing past is the very large and spacious living room with built-ins, full couch, TV and an office area. You have your main bedroom off the living room which is large, large closet space and a king bed with a smart TV. You have a hallway with access to a full bathroom and your second bedroom which is comfortably furnished with brand new furniture and a queen bed. The entire apartment has expansive windows illuminating the rooms with natural light. Completely furnished with all the amenities you need to be as comfortable as possible during your stay, including washer and dryer, linens and towels, and a full kitchen.

We also can provide PRIVATE CHEF services upon request for guests that desire to have a special dinner or cookout prepared by a local private chef. Chef will design the menu based on your requirements, shop for all of the ingredients, prepare the meal, and clean up afterwards. Please inquire for details. We do not charge any extra fees for this service, guests pay the chef directly.

For TVs: You will be able to log into your own account (for example Netflix or Disney+) and with our guest option you will be automatically logged out when you set it to your check out date. With streaming you can stream top free or paid programming from services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV, HBO, SHOWTIME, and more.
We love pets too, but please be respectful of our property. Pets have to be housebroken and any outside droppings have to be removed or fee will be assessed. Pet fee is per pet per stay. $100 Pet fee is per animal per stay. Maximum is 2 pets unless agreed upon prior to stay. Example 2 dogs would be 2 x$100 for the stay. Pets have to be housebroken and any damage to the property will be taken out of the damage deposit. Guest are required to pick up any outside pet droppings from around the property or fee will be taken out of the damage deposit.
Security: 1 security camera by the front unit door. Device records automatically when sense any motion fit security reasons. No devices inside the apartment or pointing at the inside of the apartment.
Supplies provided include 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Please plan accordingly if you will need more supplies and bring them with you.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
