4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a private dock, 200 feet of waterfront — and a hot tub overlooking the lake for the humans. The marina next door makes lake days easy.
Lily Bay Cabin — Greenville
Sleeps 6 · $75 per pet per stay
A downtown Greenville hideout: queen bedroom downstairs, open loft with four full beds upstairs. The snowmobile trail runs right across the street and the ATV trail is at your door.
Baker Cabin — Greenville

The Lily Bay Cabin's sister: same queen-bedroom-plus-loft layout, porch out front, brook and fire pit out back. Book both cabins together and sleep 12.

What are the pet fees?
$100 per pet per stay at Lily Bay Chalet, Beaver Cove House, Sebec Lake House, and Seymour Cove House; $75 per pet per stay at the Lily Bay Cabin and Baker Cabin. The fee is per stay, not per night.
How many pets can I bring?
Seymour Cove House welcomes a maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise agreed before your stay. For the other properties, just let us know how many pets are in your crew when you book.
Do my pets need to be housebroken?
Yes — all pets must be housebroken.
What's the rule on pet waste?
Please pick up after your pet. Outside droppings must be removed.
Are there good places to walk the dog nearby?
Yes. The Ledge Brook cabins sit right on the snowmobile and ATV trail network in Greenville, Seymour Cove House has direct trail access, and the Moosehead and Sebec Lake areas are full of woods roads and lakeside paths for long walks.
What should I bring for my dog?
Their bed or crate, food and bowls, a leash, waste bags, and any medications. If your dog loves the water, bring a towel for the ride home from the dock.
