Notes: Sebec Lake House sleeps 8 in the main house plus 4 in the detached garage loft (no bathroom in the loft). Lily Bay and Baker Cabins are a bedroom plus an open loft — cozy overflow, not full-size houses. Exterior security cameras are present at all properties.

- Lily Bay Chalet + Beaver Cove House = 28 guests. Both on the Moosehead Lake side — the chalet holds the main crew while Beaver Cove gives a second family their own lakefront house with a hot tub.
- Sebec Lake House + Seymour Cove House = 24 guests. Two lakefront homes on the same quiet lake, about 5 miles apart — close enough for shared days on the water, separate enough for everyone's sanity.
- Lily Bay Cabin + Baker Cabin = 12 guests. Side-by-side cabins in downtown Greenville — book both and the whole crew is together, with trails at your door.

Feed the crowd: private chef on request
Cooking for 16 people on vacation is a job, not a holiday. A private chef is available on request at our large-group homes — perfect for a welcome dinner, a milestone celebration, or a full weekend of meals. Guests pay the chef directly. Mention it when you book and we'll connect you. (No firewood is provided at our properties, so plan grills and campfire wood accordingly — we can point you to local spots to stock up.)
Reunion planning checklist

- Lock dates early — and together. For combined bookings, call 207-291-6846 before booking online so we can coordinate both homes on the same calendar.
- Plan the meals. Assign cooking nights, stock the big kitchens on arrival day, or book the private chef for the headline dinner.
- Split activities across the lakes. Moosehead days for boating and the dock; Sebec days for a quieter paddle; Greenville for trail rides and dinner out.
- Keep neighbors in mind. Our lakes are peaceful places. Quiet hours and general courtesy go a long way with the folks next door.
- Coordinate check-in. With a big group, stagger arrivals — one car unloads while the next grabs groceries.
- Tell us about pets. All our homes welcome pets ($100 per pet per stay at the large homes, $75 at the cabins), but give us a heads-up so we can have everything ready.
