The Ledge Brook cabins are the property riders plan trips around. The ATV trail runs right to the cabins in downtown Greenville — no trailering to a staging lot, no loading and unloading at dawn. Park your trailer on-site, unload once, and ride for the whole stay.

ATV riding here runs roughly late spring through fall (green season). Over at Sebec Lake, the Seymour Cove House offers direct ATV trail access right from the property — a quieter home base for groups that want to ride all day and come back to a lakefront dock.

What to pack for winter riding

Maine winter riding is serious cold. Pack insulated layers, a helmet, goggles, spare gloves, hand and toe warmers, and a phone charger or power bank — cold drains batteries fast. No firewood is provided at our properties, so plan campfire wood from a local supplier if your stay includes fire-pit nights.
